Daystar Computer Systems, Inc. was founded in 1983. Since that time Daystar has acquired extensive experience in the design, development, installation and support of software systems. Daystar can either design and develop a customized version of its award winning Legistar system to suit the needs of its clients, or provide a standardized non-customized software system. Our experience in the delivery of comprehensive software systems, consulting, and training to legislative branches of city and county government cannot be equaled in our field.
