ConTrack is a comprehensive correspondence
management system designed specifically
to track all requests and communications between you and
your constituents. With this
program, you can track a constituent's
calls, letters, faxes, email or other data communications concerning
opinions and
requests, and automatically refer
the information to the correct department
and individual for action. ConTrack will then generate a letter
to the constituent
detailing what is being done
and maintain a record of all of the
calls you have received and the final results.
Calls can be entered by an operator, or directly by the constituent through the
Web interface form. There are a variety of different summaries and other
reports available with ConTrack which can give you printed information on an
individual call or a whole summary of events.
You can track and create reports on turnaround times from various departments,
service and opinion summaries as well as review all calls received to note
constituent concerns. You can then make sure that each request is answered
satisfactorily. You can even attach scanned copies of letters or other images.
And all this is done with the click of a mouse button.
