Project Management we provide you with detailed specifications, in-depth knowledge, and workflow strategies. Our project managers are subject matter experts in workflow transition, management, and operational planning.

Project Planning Project Planning involves set up dates for the analysis site visit, gathering basic information and setting up the initial database.

Specification & Analysis The Analysis team will evaluate your workflow to determine your process within the Legistar system.  This is typically done within our generic system, however the analysis team will identify exactly which customizations or requests will be included in the analysis report for consideration by you.

Installation Professional installation included with all projects.
